NEW WORKOUT AND DIET PLAN! LETS MAKE THIS SEASON COUNT!
So those of you who knew me before this season know how in shape I USED to be and how much skinnier I was. So today when staring at my disgusted self in the mirror decided I am going to start a diet/work out plan today and hit it hard.
Ima start by taking meal replacement shakes in the morning for breakfast and at night when I get that fourth meal craving lol.
I also am going to start eating more healthy and no more fast food.
Limiting myself to two light snacks a week.
I did this before and it helped me get my abs I used to have lol.
For the workout, I plan on doing A LOT of CARDIO. I am not trying to bulk up much, mainly slim down.
I am going to do the following:
Mon: warmup and stretch, 2 mins of "rocky situps", 2 mins of flutter kicks, Run 2 miles at controlled pace
Tues: warmup and stretch, pushups, planks, some free weight lifting, and 10 100m sprints or suicides fast pace
Wed: warmup and stretch, 2 mins of pushups, 2 mins of situps, 1min pushup, 1min situp, 1 mile run fast pace
Thurs: warmup and stretch, upperbody lifting, inclined situps, and 2 mile run controlled pace
Fri: warmup and stretch, Army physical fitness test, 2min pushup, 2 min situp and 2mile run at fastest pace
Sat: warmup and stretch, light 3 mile jog most likely on higher inclines and stairs running if possible.
Sun: rest day
I am probably doing all this local or if I get money to pay off anytime fitness bill I will start going back there, but most likely local, so nigel you are encouraged to join me bro and anyone else that wants to come out. I will probably run around my house or at german masontown park.

I know I need to start getting in some cardio. But the plan is to get a mountain bike and start riding the few miles back and forth to work.

first week of working out and dieting down. I didnt run today sadly but I stuck to everything else thus far. The meal replacement drinks actually taste pretty good.

haha, it had one in it a long time ago, I've had 3 different combos in it since, all LS1 based, currently its a 408 nitrous setup, its my other hobby
